A carjacking occurred on Redwood Drive in the Mission Oaks Trailer Park on Thursday, according to a police-issued statement.

Hollister police officers were dispatched at about 8 a.m., where upon their arrival a female victim told officers a white SUV had followed her into the trailer park as she was going to pick up a friend, according to the statement.

The vehicle was occupied by a male and two females, which pulled up next to the woman’s 1996 green Jetta. The man walked over to the woman as she was getting out of the car, grabbed her, pulled her from the driver’s seat and dragged her a few feet away from the car, according to the statement.

He pushed her to the ground, causing a minor injury to her right knee.

The male suspect is described as being Hispanic, 5’8″, 160 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. He wore a black beanie, black Raiders jacket and black pants. There are no descriptions available on the two females.

The suspect’s vehicle is a white SUV with a spare tire rack on the back, and the victim’s vehicle is a 1996 green Jetta with tinted windows, with California license plate 4JRB649.
