Hollister resident, James Madison Malone III, age 60, passed away December 31, 2011, at Stanford Hospital, Palo Alto. He is survived by his wife Mary (Miguel) Malone, two daughters, Tyler and Blake Malone, San Luis Obispo, CA, stepson Brett Basarich, Hollister, CA, sister Roxanne Easterwood (Chuck) South Jordan, UT, and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents. His career in the heavy civil construction industry spanned over 40 years. Mr. Malone was employed as Vice President of Estimating at Delta Construction Corp. in Kapolei, HI. Jim touched many people’s lives and was highly respected by his peers and loved deeply by family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held in Honolulu, HI. The Malone family stresses the importance of becoming an organ donor.
