The Anzar High baseball team improved to 5-0 in the Coastal Athletic League on Tuesday with a 9-6 victory over visiting Trinity Christian.

It is the Hawks’ fifth straight win and their second in a row against Trinity Christian, which previously lost to Anzar by an 8-6 margin on March 31.

The Hawks are now 5-0 in the CAL, 8-5 overall.

Details of Tuesday’s game were not reported at press time.

Anzar returns to the diamond on Thursday when it will travel to Gilroy to take on Anchorpoint Christian. First pitch is 4 p.m.
