Bill is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years Pauletta Baldwin; his loving children Paulann Bantilan (& husband Brian), Theresa Renee Durrett (& husband Brad), William Arthur Baldwin III (& wife Michelle); his precious grandchildren Alika, Leilani, Kekoa & Kalea Bantilan, Michael & Justin Durrett, & William Arthur Baldwin IV.
