This would provide $460 million annually, which is too costly, and it also limits court authority to handle repeat offenders

Prop 6: $965M for enforcement

It’s too complex and much to costly.

Prop 10: funds for alt. fuels

It’s the wrong time for the cost.

Prop 11: Redistricting

This, finally, is good government. Making redistricting non-partisan is an exercise in good judgment.
