The other victims include 25-year-old Enrique Cruz who sustained a minor abrasion to his left wrist and a 14-year-old male who had minor lacerations to his left hand. Both were treated at the scene and released.
While unloading their car, a group of five males approached the trio and flashed gang signs at them before pulling out knives, according to police reports. The police believe the 14-year-old victim to be a Sureno sympathizer, though Luis and Enrique Cruz have not been identified as gang associates. The assailants claim to be Nortenos. The Morgan Hill police department arrested a 16-year-old and two 15-year-old males for the assault, but is still pursuing two other 15-year-old males who are suspected in the crime.
