Catherine Rose Rocha passed away on April 27 at the age of
83.
Born in Hollister on July 21, 1921, she had lived in the Escalon
for 53 years.
Catherine Rose Rocha passed away on April 27 at the age of 83.
Born in Hollister on July 21, 1921, she had lived in the Escalon for 53 years.
She worked for the family dairy as a bookkeeper for 45 years. She was a loving mother and grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her family. She was also a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Our Lady of Fatima of Escalon, IDES, Brotherhood of St. Anthony, SPRSI, UPEC, and was the past treasurer of CPSC of Stockton.
She is survived by her six children, three sisters, 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Deegan Funeral Chapel in Escalon from 1 to 5pm on Sunday May 1. Services will be held at 11:30am on Monday May 2 at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Escalon. Interment will follow.
