The part of Measure G I have seen little comment about is the
Transferrable Development Credits Program.
The way I read it, these credits can be used, shared or sold. I
don’t see anything in the policy to prevent a company from buying
up a large number of credits and building a subdivision. Does West
of Fairview sound familiar? Although, I might be wrong.
