On Oct. 11, I attended my 55th high school reunion at Paine’s
Restaurant. It was an exciting affair made possible by Charlotte
Schmidt Tranberg, Ruth Holthouse Cunningham and Jim Cunningham.
These three people worked so hard and I think it’s important to
recognize their efforts.

Classmates came from Texas, Idaho, Arizona, New Mexico and England. It was so exciting seeing some classmates for the first time in 55 years.

Jim Cunningham was master of ceremonies and did an excellent job. He started by having a moment of silence for our classmates who have passed away.

Hollister High has produced some terrific people and three of the best are the aforementioned. Thank you Punkie, Ruthie and Jim. I look forward to the next reunion.
