The Rancho San Justo Middle School team took first place during Saturday’s Mission Hills Maverick Invitational tournament in Santa Cruz.

Rancho won seven individual championships, while building 162 points for the victory. Mission Hills, with 110 points, and New Brighton, with 83 points, took second and third.

Jakob Burrows, Vincent Jacinto, Saul Gonzales, Eric Lopez, Fayz Yasin, Michael Zaragoza and Michael Camacho all took individual championships. Ty Daily and Richard Justo each took second.
