A two-week overtime period following the Nov. 5 elections came
to an official close Tuesday night for Robert Scattini, Hollister’s
newest City Councilmember.
Scattini, whose margin of victory over incumbent Peggy Corrales
in the District 2 race was certified Nov. 22 to be just 20 votes,
was sworn in at a special Council meeting Tuesday by City Treasurer
Frank Felice, along with Councilmember Pauline Valdivia, who
retained her District 3 seat in the November elections.
