Martha Becker: ‘Our family is humbled by the outpouring of love
and support during this extremely difficult time, and we are
comforted by the knowledge that the community
loved Ray just as he loved all of you.’
Martha Becker, the wife of the late Ray Becker, released a statement through DMB about his unexpected death this week. Ray Becker was project manager for El Rancho San Benito, a proposal for a 6,800-unit community off Highway 25.
Martha Becker had this to say, as released in the statement:
“When Ray and I arrived in San Benito County we realized on the first day that we never wanted to leave. We were welcomed with open arms and immediately felt very much a part of this community. Our family is humbled by the outpouring of love and support during this extremely difficult time, and we are comforted by the knowledge that the community loved Ray just as he loved all of you.”
