Top 5: Art show, Easter egg hunt and more

ART 105 show open through April: San Benito High School students will have artwork on display at the Blak Sage Gallery through April 21, at 727 San Benito St. The gallery is open Wednesday and Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Friday, from noon to 5 p.m., and Saturday, from noon to 5 p.m., and April 14 and 21, from noon to 5 p.m. An artists’ reception will be held April 13, from 3 to 6 p.m., with music and light refreshments. Sans: Easter surprise arrives for South County couple

Spring is full bloom out here in South County these days. We’ve had some nice April showers and they’re predicting a few more for this week. Should keep the grass growing and the wild flowers blooming a little while longer! Easter Sunday sure ended up being a nice day.
