Laura is the daughter of Charles R. Boggs of Granite Bay and Patricia Saunders of Carmichael.
She is currently employed at Boggs Financial Services in Fair Oaks. She is a graduate of Sacramento High School.
Bobby is the son of Robert Cosio of San Juan Bautista and Barbara Cosio of Hollister.
He is currently employed at Granite Construction Co. in Sacramento. He is a graduate of San Benito High School.
The couple were engaged Nov. 22, 2003 at the Chart House in South Lake Tahoe.
