Monterey aquarium: A New Year’s Eve celebration will be held at the Monterey Bay Aquarium from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Tickets to the New Year’s Eve party and dance are $50 per person ($40 for aquarium members). An optional strolling dinner will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Dinner tickets include admission to the party and are $130 per person ($105 for aquarium members).

SBHS Graduation: The Class of 2004 graduation ceremony is scheduled for Friday, June 11, 2004. The Senior Graduation Committee is looking for people to help out. The committee is primarily responsible for planning the ceremony and Sober Grad Night. Each member who attends 80 percent or more of the committee meetings and works on a specific subcommittee is eligible to receive front row seating for themselves and one other guest at the graduation ceremony. Committee meetings will be held at 7 p.m. at the school cafeteria on: Feb. 9, March 15, April 19, May 10, May 24 and June 7.

Driver Safety: The AARP Driver Safety Program will be offered to those age 50 and up. The current tuition is $10 per student.
