“We are very excited to welcome the community of Hollister and to thank those who already have made us their favorite restaurant in town,” said Randy Khangura, the owner of the local pizzeria.

Khangura added that the restaurant is set up so that it is accommodating to sports teams, business lunches or family gatherings.

“There’s a lot of growth happening [for us] in the area,” said Jonathan Fornaci, the president of Straw Hat. “Stores like the Hollister Straw Hat demonstrate how we become a part of the heart and soul of a community, and a great gathering place for families.”

Open Sunday – Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday – Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
