Small business workshops: Gavilan Small Business Development Center is hosting small business workshops on marketing and customer service. The workshops will be offered at the CSDC Office at 1131 San Felipe Road, Hollister on Wednesdays, May 12 and June 9. The marketing class will be an overview of basic marketing strategies and will be from 10 a.m. to noon. Customer service will explain why customer service is so important and share the keys to quality customer service. These sessions will be from 1 to 3 p.m. The fee for each workshop is $20.
