Chamber of Commerce hosting annual event
The San Benito County Chamber of Commerce is hosting its annual Earthquake Walk & Talk on Saturday in downtown Hollister.
Residents can join geologists from Pacific Geotechnical Engineering for an informative walk and talk through downtown Hollister at 9 a.m. April 14, and get up close and personal with the world-famous Calaveras Fault. See where the fault runs and the damage that active fault movement has caused. Learn what it means for future earthquake probabilities, effects on property values and more.
