Ray and Peggy Pierce have opened a new office in Hollister on Sixth Street – Pierce Real Estate.
The Pierces formerly worked from the Intero Real Estate office on San Benito Street, but on Monday opened an office at 225 Sixth St., suite D. It is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays, but the two often work later and on weekends, Ray Pierce said.
A statement released by the two notes that they have 45 years of combined experience.
It says they are both “very involved” in the community while listing off many boards and committee on which they have experience.

They are Certified Distressed Property Experts CDPE, Short Sale Foreclosure Resource certified, SFR, e-Pro, CIAS, new homes and luxury home certified.
Both are Members of the California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, MLSListing multiple listing service, and Immaculate Conception Church.
