Clos LaChance Winery introduces Bistro Clos. Bistro Clos will provide guests with a restaurant-style experience within the winery setting. The menu has been developed in tandem with chef Lou Zulaica and Roy Froom, director of hospitality at Clos LaChance, certified wine educator and first level sommelier. Chef Lou is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. He has more than 20 years of fine dining experience.
