On your editorial “Rally Needs More Help From City,” don’t you think a member of the Board of Supervisors also needs to be in HIRC? You have Bolado Park that needs to be open to the bikers as well as the Historical Park. There needs to be a job description for the executive director with both the city and county behind him.
This rally is not just between Fourth and Seventh streets and east to Monterey Street. It’s to see Hollister and San Benito County at its best. You need that bond or it will fall by the wayside.
