An unknown suspect in a gang-related shooting fired at an unoccupied car and an occupied residence at 10th Street and Glenview Drive just after midnight on Nov. 28, in Gilroy. 

The residence was occupied by at least eight people – including an infant and a 46-year-old. Gilroy Police are not releasing any of the victims’ names.

Based on victim and witness statements, police believe that the crime is gang motivated. Although the getaway car isn’t known for sure, witnesses said an early 1990s red Honda Civic was seen leaving the scene southbound on Glenview Drive. Police believe this car belonged to the suspects.
