Volunteers are needed to serve on the Gavilan College Measure E Citizen’s Oversight Committee. There are currently seats open for a business representative, an at-large representative and a member of a senior citizens’ organization.

The next COC meeting will take place at 6 p.m. Feb. 27 in the Gavilan College Aviation Maintenance Training facility at the San Martin Airport, located at 13030 Murphy Ave.

On March 2, 2004, district voters approved Measure E, a facilities improvement bond that will upgrade outdated plumbing and wiring, renovate aging classrooms and libraries, provide access for disabled students, improve campus safety and expand satellite sites.
