The goal is “to enhance human animal relationships and improve quality of life for people and animals by providing education and animal behavior resources.”

Pros: The site combines articles, videos and even podcasts that users can view for free. One of the cool features on the Web site is the training videos that show how to put tips into action. The videos cover a variety of topics, including how to use common training tools to more out of the ordinary ones. One video explains how to use a Gentle Leader, a type of leash tool that goes over the nose of a dog and then around the back of the head to give owners more control over their dog while on walks. In the video, John Cirbassi, a veterinarian, shows how the Gentle Leader can work to control an unryly dog when a regular leash isn’t working out. Another video shows how to get a dog to behave when someone comes to the door with a remote-control treat vendor.

The site also has articles that can be helpful to pet owners, such as one on the importance of enrichment to cats, especially those that are indoor only, and others on the effect of punishment on pets.

Cons: The only downside is that according to the date stamps on the articles and videos posted there seems to be quite a long time between postings so once viewers visit the site a few times, they probably won’t find new content for a while.
