San Benito to play Fremont tonight at 7 p.m. at the Mission City

The San Benito High softball team will return to the field tonight at the Wilcox Mission City Invitational in Santa Clara, where it will square off against Fremont at 7 p.m.
The game will take place at Mission College.
The Lady ‘Balers, whose Tri-County Athletic League game against visiting Gilroy Tuesday was postponed due to inclement weather, went 3-0 last weekend in pool play at the Mission City Invitational.
San Benito topped Lynbrook 7-2, Homestead 11-2 and Valley Christian 5-1 to advance to tonight’s match-up with Fremont.
San Benito will also play Saturday as well, although those game times are contingent upon tonight’s outcome.
