picketed in front of the San Benito County building Tuesday as the
Board of Supervisors debated giving a 3 percent salary increase to
the In-Home Supportive Services employees with the county.
Supervisors failed to approve the raise. Spectators in the chamber
could hear muffled bullhorn chanting outside by disgruntled SEIU
members.
