Criminal Sentencings
San Benito County Judge Steven Sanders
Floyd R. Compton, 60, of Hollister, was sentenced to 40 hours of community service and one year of probation for trespassing, a misdemeanor.
Phillip Edward Northrup, 22, of Salinas, was sentenced to 31 days in county jail, two years of probation and one year of a revoked driver’s license, and fined $480 for reckless driving with injury, a misdemeanor.
Rodolfo Ayala, 24, of Hollister, was fined $480 for public intoxication, a misdemeanor.
Carmen Perez, 38, of Watsonville, was sentenced to 15 days in county jail and three years of probation, and fined $1,998 for driving while under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor.
Lawrence Raymond Torres, 40, of Hollister, was sentenced to two years in state prison for resisting an executive officer, a felony.
Miguel Angel Sanchez, 23, of Hollister, was sentenced to five days in county jail and three years of probation, and fined $1,890 for drunken driving, a misdemeanor.
Ronald Romaine Wormuth Jr., 48, of Hollister, was sentenced to 16 months in state prison for petty theft with a prior, a felony.
Hugo Juan Carrillo, 45, of Hollister, was sentenced to one year in county jail for driving under the influence and being under the influence of drugs, both misdemeanors.
Civil Lawsuits
Robinson Oil Corp. filed a civil suit against Juan Martin R. Reyes, dba Reyes Trucking, claiming breach of contract and seeking $59,033.91
