Criminal Sentencings

San Benito County Judge Steven Sanders

Jasmyn Moho Javaid, 22, of San Jose, was sentenced to 15 days in county jail, three years of probation, nine months in a first-time offender DUI program and fined $1,890 for misdemeanor drunken driving.

Elias Alfonso Lopez, 23, of Hollister, was sentenced to 15 days in county jail, three years of probation, three months in a first-time offender DUI program and fined $1,890 for misdemeanor drunken driving.

Julio Tony Gonzales, 27, of Hollister, was sentenced to 30 days in county jail, two years of probation and fined $450 for two misdemeanor counts of using unauthorized paper money.

Julio Tony Gonzales, 27, of Hollister, was sentenced to five days in county jail, one year of probation and fined $100 for misdemeanor false identification to a peace office.

Roberto Bravo Ornelas, 43, of Hollister, was sentenced to 15 days in county jail, three years of probation and fined $650 for misdemeanor domestic violence.

Corey Joseph Janic, 19, of Hollister, was sentenced to 15 days in county jail, one year of probation and one year of a suspended driver’s license for misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Luis Barajas Jr., 52, of Hollister, was sentenced to 90 days in county jail, two years of probation and fined $460 for carrying a loaded firearm in a public place, resisting arrest and batter, all misdemeanors.

Baudelio Javier Galvan, 48, of Hollister, was sentenced to 120 days in county jail, three years of probation and fined $100 for illegal weapon possession and false identification to a peace officer, both misdemeanors.

Civil Lawsuits

Mary Ann Castro vs. Alice Garcia, alleging breach of oral contract, breach of implied contract, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of implied partnership and quantum merit, demanding a jury trial and seeking more than $25,000.

Rosemary Ramires and Serina Alcazar vs. Top Flavor Farms, alleging motor vehicle and general negligence seeking more than $25,000.

Divorce Petitions

Evangelina E. Langlois petitioned Tucker Langlois for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.

Phil Wolz Jr. petitioned Beatrice Catalina Wolz for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.
