County to weigh law enforcement contract again
San Benito County supervisors will again consider a consolidation of safety services, with Interim County Administrative Officer Ray Espinosa requesting proposals from both the sheriff’s department and the Hollister Police Department on what it would cost each agency to provide many of the law enforcement services in the community.

Michael Johnson appointed new ranch manager
Castro Valley Ranch announced the appointment of Michael S. Johnson as its new ranch manager. Michael succeeds Richard J. Neuenschwander (Rick). Michael manages all aspects of the ranch, including the cattle and hunting activities. Prior to joining the ranch, Michael served as the operational manager for 101 Livestock Market Inc. where for 19 years he managed facility operations, lease negotiations, maintained livestock facilities, ranches and water development projects. Michael will report to representatives of the family that has owned Castro Valley Ranch since 1979.
Adamo becomes member of President’s Circle
Debbie Adamo, sales associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Morgan Hill office, earned membership into the International President’s Circle. Adamo has been a Realtor with Coldwell Banker since January 2005. From 2007 on, she has earned several honors, including Morgan Hill Realtor of the Year in 2011. In 2011, she was the top agent in the Morgan Hill office, earning President’s Elite status. She continues to be one of the top agents in all of South County.
