Coe Park advocates: Pay up, or pay back

Local outdoor enthusiasts who fundraised a quarter of a million dollars to keep California’s second largest state park open to the public are demanding a refund if the state doesn’t allocate $20 million in recently discovered hidden funds “back to their original intended use.”

Man airlifted to Stanford after accident

A man driving a Mercury SUV sustained injuries this morning when he went off the road on Union Highway and collided with a tree. The man was conscious and talking around 10:10 a.m., when he was airlifted to Stanford Medical Center for treatment.
