Updated: Student in custody, accused of bringing pot cookies to school
Morgan Hill Unified School District officials said the student accused of distributing the marijuana-laced cookies to fellow Live Oak High School students Friday morning is currently in custody with the Morgan Hill Police Department. It is unclear at this time what gender the student is, but school officials said the student is younger than 18.
