A condor takes its first flight at Pinnacles.

The following are Upcoming Events at Pinnacles National Park:
Night Hikes
Starting this month, Pinnacles is offering weekly Night Hikes on Saturday evenings. Locations and start times vary. All night hikes are limited to 20 people, so call (831) 389-4485 to inquire about this week’s logistics and to make a reservation. Bring a flashlight, warm layers and sturdy walking shoes. Topics include the night sky, owls, bats and history.  
Campfire Programs
These are every Saturday at 7 pm. Meet at the Eastside Pinnacles Campground amphitheater for a 45-minute Ranger talk.
Bird Walk
The Bird Walks are every Sunday from 8:15-9:45am. Join rangers for a short stroll searching for birds. The trip leaves from the Eastside Visitor Center.
Stargazing Event
A Stargazing event is set for 7 p.m. Feb. 6 at the Westside Visitor Center. Join the San Jose Astronomical Association for an evening of stargazing with telescopes.
Centennial Climber Coffee
The Centennial Climber Coffee gathering is Sunday mornings at 8:30 a.m. beginning Feb. 14 at Bear Gulch Nature Center. Bring a mug and join a ranger for complimentary coffee before your day of climbing in the park.
Run with a Ranger
Run with a Ranger is set for Feb 14, March 20 & April 3 at 9 a.m. at the Eastside Visitor Center. Join this three-mile run with a ranger. All paces are welcome.
Centennial NPS Hike
A Centennial National Park Hike is set for 10:30 a.m. Feb 21. Meet at Visitor Center Eastside, Bacon Ranch. Reflect on the past and prepare for the future: The next century for your national parks. Join Ranger PT for 2-mile round-trip hike and discuss the challenges your national parks face entering their second century.
