Domestic Violence:
Richard Abram Lujan, 28, of Hollister, was arrested by the Hollister Police Department on suspicion of battery on a peace officer, a felony, and domestic violence, a felony, at 12:16pm Friday, police said. Lujan grabbed a nine-months-pregnant woman on her upper arm and caused bruising, police said. Lujan then stomped in a puddle and splashed officers with water, police said.
Augustine Duarte Jr., 38, of Hollister, was arrested by the Hollister Police Department at 11:46am Friday on suspicion of domestic violence, a felony, after he hit a woman several times, causing bruising, police said.
Rafael Cordero Serna, 32, of Hollister, was arrested at 1:52am Sunday by the Hollister Police Department on suspicion of domestic violence, a felony, after he pushed a woman, police said.
Driving Under the Influence:
Aaron Lujan, 24, of the 700 block of West Second Street in Hollister, was arrested by the San Benito County Sheriff’s Office on suspicion of driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop on South and East Street at 1am Friday, deputies said.
Fabian Estevan Gutierrez, 23, of the 000 block of Franklin Street in San Juan Bautista, was arrested by the San Benito County Sheriff’s Office on suspicion of driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop at Fourth and Pierce Street in San Juan Bautista at 12:30am Saturday, deputies said.
Ann Patricia Snow, 38, of the 1200 block of Fourth Street in Hollister, was arrested by the Hollister Police Department on suspicion of driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, after a collision in the 1000 block of Meridian Drive at 8:45pm Saturday, police said.
Jorge Armando Linares, 25, of the 200 block of Matulich Court in Hollister, was arrested by the Hollister Police Department on suspicion of driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop in the 500 block of Monterey Street at 11:46pm Saturday, police said.
Ramiro Hugo Valle, 36, of the 400 block of Bordeaux Place in Hollister, was arrested by the Hollister Police Department on suspicion of driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop on Recht Street at 4:42pm Sunday, police said.
All those named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
