Driving under the influence:

Rene Audrey Stange, 42, of the 00 block of Tres Pinos Road in Hollister, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on suspicion of driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop at the intersection of Recht Street and Athena Way in Hollister at 1:39am Thursday, according to the CHP.

All those named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
