Missing items, Kings Circle

Police took a report Tuesday from a victim in the 1400 block of Kings Circle claiming that she had been missing two rings since Aug. 14. The woman reported that one ring was gold with a diamond in the center, and that the other was also gold and set with ruby and diamonds. The victim reported to police that she believed her husband had pawned them or given them to his girlfriend. The victim estimated that the rings were worth more than $1,000.

Vandalism, Plum Court

Victims reported Thursday to police that on Oct. 16 near Plum Court, an unknown suspect had entered their home while they were away and tagged the master bedroom with gang-related graffiti.

Annoying calls, San Benito Street

Police took a report at 8 a.m. Wednesday that a suspect had been repeatedly making annoying calls to a victim at The Elegant Touch Restaurant, 601 San Benito St.

ARRESTS

Disorderly Conduct, Plumtree Drive

Police took a 20-year-old Hollister man into custody at 6:45 p.m. Monday near Plumtree Drive after they responded to a call of a verbal argument and found one of the men engaged in the dispute to be so inebriated that he could not care for himself.

Possession of a deadly weapon, Periodot and Line streets

A 20-year-old Hollister man was taken into custody on weapons charges at 10:44 p.m. Monday. The suspect was stopped for a vehicle code violation, and was found to be in possession of a switchblade and a pair of brass knuckles. The suspect was booked into county jail.
