Walkers head out along Second Street in San Juan Bautista as the Red Ribbon 1-mile fun walk begins in 2010.

The 26th Annual Red Ribbon 5k Run starts on the corner of Fourth and San Benito streets at 8:30 a.m. Saturday.
This year’s theme, “Live Life Free,” helps create awareness of the drug problems facing our community and to promote drug-free lifestyle for all Californians.
Red Ribbon Week will include school based activities with participation from local law enforcement and other community agencies. All proceeds go to Alcohol and Drug Prevention Programs in the county.
