To the public in general this is a briefly typed explanation as to the fact that Riverside Road alleged rodeo has been a gathering of friends not a rodeo as alleged on the publications dated 7-28-2005, 10-11-2005, 10-15-2005.
We have contacted some neighbors about the alleged noise all of them like our music except for the Morgans and another neighbor that complained of excessive noise. On the contrary we contacted a neighbor of the Morgans and we were told that the Morgan’s son and friends have caused excessive damage and have trespassed on her property and accelerated and created a chaotic environment with their motorcycles, at her land many times. There are other sources that will testify that our noise is not the only domestic disruption caused in the neighborhood. Targeting us unfairly. And furthermore the source of this complaint is the party that creates noise themselves.
