SOCCER: Chabot sends Gavilan to 4-1 loss

Chabot College struck four times to send the Gavilan College men’s soccer team to a 4-1 loss on Tuesday in Gilroy.

It’s the first Coast Conference defeat for the Rams, who are now 1-1-2 in conference and 5-4-2 overall. It was Gavilan’s first loss since Sept. 11 – a span of six games.

Miles Mammen had the Rams lone goal, which was assisted by Fabian Ruiz.
