The forecast for Hollister calls for a slight chance of showers in the evening followed by storms hitting the area shortly before midnight – and that possibility of hail. The chance for rain Saturday is 80 percent, according to the forecast.

“Some of the storms could produce small hail and gusty winds,” according to the NWS forecast for Hollister.

More storms could drop rain here Sunday morning as well, with a 70 percent chance for precipitation.

The predicted high temperature for Saturday is 64 degrees, with a low of 44 degrees. For Sunday, the forecast calls for a high of 61 and a low of 42 degrees.
