I suggest that a committee of dedicated volunteers who are committed to making the Hollister Independence Rally work be formed and headed up by someone who is skilled in or trained in problem solving. The group would be assigned the task of finding out how groups in Sturgis and other areas with motorcycle rallies are successful and come up with a plan to be presented to Hollister. There are a lot of people who are trained by their corporations to problem solve. There must be some of them living in Hollister who are interested in making this a success.
