The Friends of the San Benito County Free Library will sponsor a free summer reading program, “Reading is a Picnic,” for young adults and children 6 and over Thursdays from 7 to 8:30 p.m. June 12 through Aug. 7 at the library, 470 Fifth St.
Mary Lee Sunseri will perform Marylee’s Musical Library Show for children during Awards Night Aug. 7.
Participants must have a library card and read books checked out from the library. Library cards will be available when registering or any time before. Registration deadline is June 12.
