1. Shamrock Scrambles tournament
The Bolado Park Golf Club will host a benefit, Shamrock Scrambles Golf Tournament and corned beef and cabbage luncheon, March 17, at 7777 Airline Hwy., in Tres Pinos. Four-person team scramble format is $50 per person. Members with carts are $25 per person. It includes green fee, cart rental, and corned beef and cabbage lunch. 2. Corned beef and cabbage dinner
The Hollister United Methodist Church will host a traditional Irish dinner March 17. Enjoy a traditional Irish fare with corned beef and cabbage, red potatoes, carrots, dinner roll, brownies and green punch from 5 to 7 p.m. Entertainment will also be provided. Take-out begins at 4:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 for audlts, and $5 for kids 12 and under. 3. St. Patrick’s Day at Ridgemark
There will be a St. Patrick’s Day party at Ridgemark Golf & Country Club is set for Saturday. There will be a Guiness bar, live entertainment and Bushmills Girls. Corned beef will be served all day for $9.95, served from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and a buffet style from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
4. Hollister Art League exhibit
The Hollister Art League as an exhibit up at Mars Hill Coffee House. It includes paintings by Pat Zuniga and Sylvia Nichols. Zuinga’s pieces include images of the California missions and gardens. Nichols will show a series of churches done with linocuts and watercolors. The show runs through April.
5. Art 104 Exhibit continues
San Benito High School students will have artwork on display at the Blak Sage Gallery March 1-25.
