Union bank expands

Union Bank of California is hiring more than 50 full-time employees to fill positions at 16 branches by mid-summer. This round of hiring will prepare the bank for new initiatives that will launch in July and August, including extending branch hours and introducing new branch amenities.

Of the projected new hires, the majority will be tellers, customer sales and service associates. Extended hours and new branch features, such as coin counter kiosks and in-branch televisions, will be introduced in mid-July at 16 Union Bank branches, including Gilroy, Hollister and Watsonville.
