More volunteers are needed for such duties as Sunday cleanup,
handling the recycling or working the information booths, said
Patricia Whalen, the event’s volunteer coordinator.
Hollister Motorcycle Rally organizers are seeking about 40 to 50 volunteers yet for this year’s event July 11 to July 13.
More volunteers are needed for such duties as Sunday cleanup, handling the recycling or working the information booths, said Patricia Whalen, the event’s volunteer coordinator.
Whalen noted that merchants might be interested in working the information booths because then they can promote their businesses at the location during their shifts.
She also pointed out how members of nonprofit organizations can work and earn money for their groups. And in regard to recycling duties, volunteers can opt to keep the items themselves so they can get reimbursed.
