Maria Luisa Rangel passed away peacefully in Fullerton, CA surrounded by her family on Jan. 24, 2012, at the age of 90. She was the beloved wife of the late Bernardo Rangel. Loving mother of Lupe (Sean) Murphy, Jesse (Nancy) Rangel, Mary Palacios, Irene (Ezequiel) Contreras, Daniel Rangel and the late Robert Rangel. Cherished grandma, great-grandma and great-great-grandma of many. She is survived by her sister, Maria Romero. She will be missed by all and forever in our hearts.
Visitation will be Saturday, Jan. 28, 2012, from 9:00 AM to 12 Noon at Habing Family Funeral Home, 129 4th Street, Gilroy followed by Funeral Mass at 12:30 P.M. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 11 First St., Gilroy. Burial will be at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Salinas, CA.
