Missing juvenile Selena Burr has been located by the Stanislaus Sheriff’s Office near Ceres. Burr was reported missing by her foster parent and legal guardian on July 12. When she was reported missing again on Aug. 1, the Hollister Police Department sent out a press release about the missing girl.
Burr’s family believed she might be with Clint Wageman, with whom she was located earlier this year when she disappeared in Febuary. She was located through a joint effort between the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office and Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Office. After she was found, she was returned to the custody of Santa Clara County social services and was placed back into foster care at an undisclosed location.
Wageman has not been contacted and is still a person of interest in the case. Wageman is a white male adult, 6 feet 2 inches tall, 195 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
The Hollister Police Department staff members tank those persons that called to assist in locating Burr. The Hollister Police Department is still actively investigating this latest incident as well as the previously mentioned incident, when Burr was found in Wageman’s company in San Francisco in February. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Wageman is encouraged to call Detective Ray Celano at the Hollister Police Department at 636-4330. Persons wishing to remain anonymous may call WeTip at (800) 78-CRIME. Information provided to WeTip may qualify for a reward.
