Entered into rest on November 6, 2010, in San Jose, CA at the age of 74.

He is survived by his children, Daniel Chavez, Katherine Chavez and David Chavez; grandson, James Chavez; sister, Estella Ponce and brother, Anthony Chavez.

He worked for 36 years as an IBM Programmer.

At his request there will be no service.
