Shirley Ann Lomanto passed away last Wednesday, at the age of 79, at her home in Hollister.

Born and raised in Hollister, living here all her life. Shirley, along with her sister, Katie Gulli, formerly owned and operated the Baywood Creamery in Hollister.

Shirley was predeceased by her husband, Sam Lomanto. She is survived by her children, David Lomanto, wife, Shelley, of Los Banos, Roseann Forth, husband, Richard, of So. Coffeyville, OK and Michael J. Lomanto of Hollister, grandchildren, Hillary Lomanto (husband Frank), Jarod Forth (wife Holly), Corey Forth (wife Laura), Kyle, Milynn and Sydney Lomanto, and sister, Katie Gulli of Hollister. Also survived by five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial Mass will be offered on Friday, November 19th, 2010, at 10:00 A.M. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Cremation with private inurnment has been held.

Contributions are preferred to All Creatures, Big and Small or the American Cancer Society.
