Holly K. Roascio passed away June 16th, 2009 at Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital at the age of 45 years. Holly was a native of Hollister, had graduated from San Benito High School and lived here most of her life.
“Holly’s interests were her family, her children and especially her grandchildren. She loved being a homemaker cooking and baking, the out of doors camping, boating, working in her garden, taking trips to Lake Tahoe, and spending time anywhere in the out of doors with her family.
She was a people person, always considering the welfare of others above her own, ” said her family. Surviving Holly is her mother Kathy Vasquez. Her husband Ryan, her children Brandon Roascio (spouse Crystal); Jason and Evan Roascio; her grandchildren Wyatt and Madylin Roascio all of Hollister; her brother and sister-in-law Justin and Mary Ann Robinson of Tres Pinos; cousins Dawn and Pat Ricotti of Hollister; uncles and aunt John Gomes of Washington and Tom and Pam Bell of MT; her “Nina and Nino” Picho and Mary Lou Solano of Hollister; and close friends Caryn and Mike Paidl, Dennis and Mary Solano.
Friends are invited to a celebration of Holly’s life, on Thursday, June 25th, 2009, beginning at 10:00 A.M. at the Dunne Ranch, 640 San Felipe Rd., Gilroy. Private inurnment has been held.
