ROCHA, Valentino Bertao, 57, born on December 14, 1951, in Santa Barbara, Terceira, Azore Islands, passed away on Tuesday, September 1, 2009, in San Jose, CA. He is survived by his beloved wife of 34 years, Maria Rocha. Loving father of Adrian Valentino, Ashley Christina and Alyssa Marie Rocha. Devoted son of Filomena Rocha and the late Manuel Rocha. Dearest brother of Fernando, Maria, Joe, Luis, Albert and the late Filomena and Nilda. Dear uncle of numerous nieces and nephews.
Vigil service will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2009, at 7:00 P.M. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 11 First Street, Gilroy, CA. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, September 4, 2009, at 10:00 A.M. at the above mentioned church followed by burial at Gavilan Hills Memorial Park, Gilroy, CA.
